Our client is a global European management consulting organization with over 2,000 members across 30 countries, boasting an unparalleled track record in commercial strategy (GTM, product, price, innovation, marketing, sales) for value unlocking.

Following rapid growth, the firm is aggressively expanding the team in Japan, and seeking an experienced professional to join their fast-growing Life Sciences Division as Director. The role offers phenomenal exposure to global projects (70% involve global work, 50% fully in English) and a unique, direct path to Partnership within 2-3 years, based on merit, not seniority (some Partners in the firm are in their late 30s).

Depending on experience, consideration for a Senior Manager position is also open.

The Role

• Join fast-growing LS Division and contribute to the expansion of the practice
• Lead the delivery of multi-market projects (70% global)
• Manage, evaluate and improve the performances of junior team members
• Actively contribute to new pursuits, showing ability to develop and sell new projects
• Contribute to the overall development of the firm in Japan (workshops, seminars, hiring etc.)

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and English speaker [MUST]
• Solid experience in consulting services (8+ years) (6-7ys for Sr. Manager) [MUST]
• Track record of projects in Life Sciences/Healthcare and proven understanding of the LS market
• Demonstrable ability to contribute to win new business (now or in the near future)
