タスク:

ハードウェア、OS、ソフトウェアのレベル 1 および 2 のインシデント管理 (手順またはベスト エフォート)。
サービス リクエストの管理。
資産管理。
インシデントとリクエストのフォローアップ。
ワークステーションまたはシステムのハードウェア構成 (バーコード リーダー、ラベル プリンター、ネットワーク機器など)。
OS とソフトウェアのインストールと構成。
機器とネットワークの現地での配送、インストール、統合。
交換または修理によるハードウェアとソフトウェアの機能を復元。
Windows (AD およびローカル) とソフトウェアのアクセス権の管理。
プロジェクトの範囲内で手順の作成、テスト シートの実行。
ドキュメントのメンテナンスへの参加。
エンド ユーザーの指導。
技術アドバイス。
同僚やコーディネータに役立つ情報を伝える。

Now computacenter is hiring an IT support engineer who will support our pharmaceutical client in Saitama(埼玉).

On-site IT technician for chemical and biological production and laboratories (R & D, clinical trials, manufacturing) with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or in an office support position (local IT support).

Languages: Native level Japanese, Business level English, both spoken and written.

Tasks:
*Incident management, level 1 and 2, for hardware, OS and software, according to procedures, or best effort.
*Service Request management.
*Asset management.
*Follow-up on incidents and requests.
*Hardware configuration of workstation or system (bar code reader, label printer, network equipment, etc.).
*Installation and configuration of OS and software.
*Delivery, installation and integration of the equipment and the network on-site.
*Restore hardware and software functionality by replacement or repair.
*Manage access rights for Windows (AD and local) and software.
*Drafting of procedures, execution of test sheets in the scope of projects.
*Participate in the maintenance of documents.
*Coaching the end-user.
*Technical advice.
*Communicate any useful information to colleagues and / or coordinator

ネットワーク アーキテクチャに関する機能的知識。
チケット ツールの使用経験。
Windows OS 認定資格があればなお可。
ITIL Foundation 認定資格があればなお可。
MES または SCADA の使用経験があればなお可。検証済みの環境での経験があればなお可。
GMP 規制に関する基礎知識があればなお可。
プロジェクト管理に関する基礎知識。
セキュリティに関する基礎知識。
