We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to oversee the order processing and management for electronic design automation software solutions. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of orders, coordinating with various departments, and resolving order-related issues efficiently.

Description

• Review booking packages to ensure compliance with policies and obtain required approvals.
• Confirm order configurations before shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Process and invoice orders accurately within defined timeframes using SAP.
• Liaise with the Credit Department for credit-related matters and Revenue Accounting for booking and revenue recognition issues.
• Handle non-standard orders and ensure their accurate recording in the system.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures while executing ad hoc tasks.
• Address problems of varying scope related to order management.

Job Offer

• Salary: Up to 6.2M JPY
• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM (flexible with core hours from 10AM-3PM)
• WFH Policy: On-site work required 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), WFH on Wednesday & Friday.
• Location: Yokohama

Requirements:

• Native-level Japanese proficiency and fluent in English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order management, sales support, or sales administration.
• Willingness to work in Yokohama.
