• Lead the market access team in Japan, working closely with the global team, focusing on the development and execution of patient access strategies for Japan and other parts of the JAPAC region.
• Devise pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory strategies to ensure that current products and future pipelines reach patients promptly.
• Lead engagement strategies, develop and maintain relationship with key stake holders.
• Work as an internal expert on reimbursement for designated technologies.
• Lobby various government organisations such as the PMDA and MHLW.
  
• Grow the Japan market access team by becoming a hiring manager.

• Master's degree or above in related fields of study.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the health care industry and experience in reimbursement and/or health economics.
• Deep understanding of reimbursement for Pharmaceutical or Medical Device products for Japan market.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Business English level.
• Native or fluent in Japanese.
