Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the business operations and strategic objectives of the chemical manufacturing division.
• Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
• Implement HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and talent development within the manufacturing environment.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on performance management, coaching, and employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies are in place to meet the division's staffing needs.
• Lead and support organizational development initiatives, including change management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
