Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the evolving talent needs of the organization, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and implement effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, systems, and tools, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage recruitment budget and resources effectively, maximizing ROI and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, leveraging insights to drive innovation and improvement.

  • Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic recruitment planning, budgeting, and execution, with a focus on delivering results and driving business impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience leading recruitment initiatives during periods of organizational change or transformation is highly desirable.
