Our client is looking for a desktop support specialist who have the basic understanding of system administration functions, network infrastructure and project management. Working with other 30 IT members in understanding support requests and requirements.

Description

• Provide desktop support, general infrastructure and security support (mainly Windows system - email, file server, remote server)
• Account and file Management, devices operations (phone, USB)
• Work closely with other global offices

• Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English
• Good desktop support skills, advanced knowledge and proven record deploying and supporting Microsoft Office 365
• Proven experience supporting remote access system and Microsoft Teams & Outlook mobile apps on smart phones
• Server/network administration experience is a plus
• One- year experience to do the support desk
