業務内容
ビジネスディブロップメント アジア担当シニア・ディレクター/日本ゼネラル・マネージャーの直属となります。

• 国内外の事業開発チームと協力し、当社ビジネスモデルおよび個別プロジェクトを更に発展させるための新たなビジネスチャンスを評価・特定する。
• 当社ビジネスモデルをそれぞれ短期・長期的な観点で効果的に実行するためのマーケット戦略および戦略的な事業計画の作成を支援する。
• サプライヤー・クライアント・商務/技術アドバイザー・EPC・同業他社・省庁/当局関係者等の様々なステークホルダーとの潜在的なパートナーシップ・アライアンス・リレーションを模索・構築し、当社のビジネスの発展と成長の促進をリードする。
• 国内外のプロジェクト開発担当者のサポートを含め、事業開発の推進のための様々なステークホルダーとの商務契約および関連文書を準備・調整・交渉する。
• 商務交渉・マーケットインテリジェンス・ビジネスメモやレポートの作成・ファイナンスおよびテクニカルの観点でプロジェクト要件を満たすためのデューデリジェンス業務等を俯瞰的に統合し、アジア全体の事業開発イニシアチブに貢献する。
• ビジネスアナリスト(部門)をサポートし、当社ビジネスモデルの更なる開発、日本におけるプロジェクトで利用可能な補助金・インセンティブプログラム等の作成・申請パッケージ、関連省庁・当局・自治体とのエンゲージメントに対応する。
• 社内の関係部門や社外の専門家と協力し、事業開発・管理の観点や文脈で、各専門分野の情報を取りまとめ、統合された経営陣向けのレポートや重要なアップデートとしての報告をリードする。
• 既存のネットワークないしセクターのイベントやその他の機会を通じて得られる新たなネットワークを積極的に活用し、ターゲットマーケットにおける当社のプレゼンスを構築・強化する。
• 地域の水素・アンモニア事業における新たな開発・要件・規制・政策・その他の重要なトピックについて常に情報を入手し、その知識を担当プロジェクトの計画・開発に生かす。

Job Description

The position reports to the Senior Director of Business Development Asia / General Manager, Japan.

• Identify and assess new business opportunities to execute the Company's business model/plan, in collaboration with the local and international business development teams:
• Assist in creating market strategies and strategic business plans for the short- and long-term
  execution of the Company's business model
• Develop potential partnerships, alliances, and relationships with various stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, commercial/technical advisors, EPC, industry peers, and government　officials etc. in order to promote business development and growth:
• Prepare, coordinate, and negotiate commercial contracts and documents with various
  stakeholders to support the company's business development, which includes assisting the Project Development teams in Japan and Directors abroad:
• Contribute to Asia regional business development initiatives by ensuring integrated negotiations, preparing market intelligence analyses, memos and reports, and conducting due diligence to meet financing and technical project requirements, among other tasks:
• Support and collaborate with Business Analysts to develop the business model and conduct
  scenario analyses, prepare and submit application packages for identified subsidies/incentive
  programs, and engage with government officials and local municipalities:
• Compile and maintain management reports and other key internal updates as required by
  management, collaborating with other professionals in order to consolidate and harmonize
  respective information within the context of business management:
• Build and enhance the company’s presence in the market by actively leveraging existing
  network and getting involved with such sector events and other opportunities:
• Stay informed about new developments, requirements, regulations & policies and any other
  important topics within the local hydrogen and ammonia operations and apply this
  knowledge to project planning and development in charge.

応募資格等
東京または東京近郊に居住しており、下記の条件に該当する方。

• 経済学、商学、経営学、工学、またはその他の学士号。
• 以下のいずれかのエネルギートランジションに関わるセクターにおける専門知識(最低 3~5 年程度の経験を有すること) 。
• 水素やアンモニアのサプライチェーンに関わるもの。
• または、太陽光・風力・その他の非在来型のエネルギー源等の所謂グリーンインフラ開発に関わるもの。
• または、火力・水力・化学・工業ガス・石油ガス産業に関わるもの。
• エクセル、パワーポイント、その他のビジネスツールに精通し、コマーシャルやビジネスディベロップメントの担当者としての優れた実績。
• 国際的な環境における交渉能力およびコミュニケーション能力。
• 財務、会計、または基本的なエンジニアリングの知識。
• 柔軟性と粘り強さを発揮し、自立的かつ能動的に仕事をする能力。
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き)。
• (会社に求められた場合)国内、および必要に応じて海外への出張への対応。

Qualification & Skill
The above position requires both legal residency and physical presence in greater Tokyo area

• Bachelor's degree in e.g. economics, finance, business management, engineering, or another
  related field:
• Solid expertise in the renewable and energy transition industry with minimum of 3-5 years'
  experience
  ⮚ in the hydrogen or ammonia supply chain industry,
  ⮚ or in green infrastructure development such as solar, wind and other non-conventional
  sources of energy
  ⮚ or thermal power, water, chemical, industrial gasses or oil & gas industries
• Excellent track record in commercial/business management and negotiation skills, with a strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills in a multicultural environment:
• Good knowledge in finance, accounting and/or basic engineering preferable:
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating resilience and flexibility:
• Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level in English, both written and verbal:
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and, if required, internationally.
