The Role

• Manage and analyze group budgets, including planning and proposing improvements.
• Support financial analysis and planning for group performance metrics.
• Analyze sales performance for both new and existing stores.
• Assist in the smooth operation of the group organization.
• Monitor and analyze expenses like food and labor costs, providing guidance for improvement.

Your Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate planning or finance.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like PowerBI, SAP, or Oracle Hyperion is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial information clearly.
• Business Level in both Japanese and English
• Ability to work with incomplete data and find solutions.
