A listed US based company looking for Head of Finance in Japan. Our client is listed in NASDAQ and expanding their presence in Japan. Currently they have more than 2,000 employees globally.

The Role

• Oversee the finance and accounting operations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
• Business partner with Managing Directors and other business leaders.
• Analyse performance of the company
• Ensure compliance and internal control of the company.
• Lead country and regional level projects
• Coach and manage a team of 7 people

Your Skills

• More than 5 years experience in a managerial position
• Nissho boki level 2 or CPA certification required
• Fluent Japanese and businesss level English
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
