職務内容：グローバルディーラーネットワーク戦略策定及びその他戦略立案
・グローバルプロジェクトチームのリーダー
・グローバルディーラー戦略開発
・リージョン戦略の進捗管理、フィードバック
・販売スキームのGovernance
・その他店舗に関する戦略の立案や調査
課長代理ポジションで求められること
・チームのとりまとめと担当業務へのAccountability及びチーム業務のOwnership
・課長業務へのサポート、及び代理業務
・上層部への戦略提案、リージョンとのコミュニケーション
・プロジェクトのリード、他部署との連携と調整

Main Tasks: Global network strategy development and other strategy development
・Develop Global dealer network strategy
・Communicate and manage region local network strategy progress with feedback
・Retail Distribution Strategy and promote transformation of distribution network / Governance for distribution strategy
・Other country specific strategy development and market research reporting
Requirements of Assistant Manager role:
・Lead team management and have accountability of team and group task
・Supporting manager and taking over manager roles whenever requested
・Proposal of strategy to upper management region communication
・Project lead collaboration and alignment with related depts

このチームでは日産自動車が世界中で保有する約8000店のディーラー向けのグローバル戦略を作ります。グローバルの戦略を基に各リージョンでローカライズされたネットワーク戦略が立てられます。（リージョンの戦略を理解し、遂行の進捗管理をします。）グローバル共通のネットワーク課題や自動車業界の将来的なディーラーのあり方を踏まえた店舗戦略や、特定の国の課題調査・レポートの作成を行います。全世界及び、北米・欧州・中国・日本という代表的なリージョンのディーラー戦略の理解を深め、日産自動車で共通となる今後のネットワーク課題と対策に踏み込むことが出来る仕事です。

In this global network strategy team we create the global network strategy direction covering the Nissan's approx. 8000 dealers world wide. Based on the global strategy each region will make their own localized network strategy. （We will be following up on the progress of their local plan）. We will also conduct deep dive reporting and researching for how the future of dealership and network should be by considering the common issues among the Nissan network. Scope may be for pan region or for a specific market. You will have opportunity to see world wide Nissan strategy as well as main regions' network strategy. As knowledge enhances you will be able to understand the key issues and ultimately develop countermeasures for Nissan's future network growth and sustainability.
