The company aims to realize a "Fan Nation," an economic zone where fans co-create with their "likes" and "passions" beyond national borders by utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain and generative AI.

To realize this vision, the company is developing and offering a fan platform for the Web3 era.

In this platform, they are challenging to design an experience that can become the next generation's de facto standard in new technological domains such as Web3, Metaverse, and GenerativeAI/LLM Agent.

Currently, we are increasingly collaborating with companies with large-scale IP that share the company's vision, such as Sanrio Co and Namco Bandai Entertainment Inc.
In order to provide products that are valuable to both IP companies and fans, we are developing various functions to maximize fan experience and engagement with the community at the core.

In fact, services incorporating Generatige AI and LLM Agents have been demonstrated and will be implemented in the product.
This time, the company is looking for a System Architect (Python Engineer) who can take on this world-first challenge in the form of a product and service.


The AI team is currently conducting demonstration tests using Generative AI and LLM Agents, and will develop products using the results of these studies. The engineer for this position will be responsible for the overall product development, from the specification of functional requirements to implementation, in cooperation with PdM.

- Discuss requirements with PdM and design systems and services
- Implementation of the product based on the design

You will also be responsible for linking to other functions and will be expected to take responsibility for microservice development using Protocol Buffers + gRPC.

Required
- Experience developing products using Python
- Experience designing and building web application servers using gRPC, FastAPI, Django, etc.
- Experience with database operations and schema design, such as RDB and NoSQL
- Experience developing and operating applications on cloud services such as AWS/GCP/Azure
- Architectural design based on application requirements

Preferred
- Fundamentals of information technology, such as Landau's notation, and linear algebra, such as vector arithmetic
- Knowledge and operation around network security and infrastructure
- Knowledge of natural language models such as BERT, GPT, Llama2, etc.
- Knowledge of machine learning such as inference algorithms
