This is a Swift developer position for the iOS version of the AI English Conversation app.This app helps users study English by conversing with AI characters, and currently has over 2,500,000 downloads.

【Required Skills】
・At least 3 years of experience with iOS app development and operation using Swift at a company that develops its own products or services, or an equivalent level of development skill
・Business level English
・A high level of UI or animation implementation skill using UIKit or SwiftUI
・Experience leading a team of iOS developers while also fulfilling cross team and cross function tasks
・Experience outside of development such as working with a designer to improve UX
・Experience with planning and specification setting for new features of an app
