【About the Job...】

The company is developing its own products and services for customers not only in Japan but also in Vietnam and Bangladesh.
You will be responsible for bridge SE to lead the project to success by acting as a bridge between local engineers and Japan.

・Responsibilities
Confirmation of specifications for development projects contracted in Japan and a series of operations including development management, acceptance inspection, delivery, maintenance, etc. to overseas bases
・Communication with local engineers
・Requirement definition, design, development, testing, and operation
・Source code review, schedule and task management
・Test debugging and quality control
・Other general product management
・Progress monitoring and reporting

〇Development Team Structure and Environment
Currently, 4 persons are in charge of web systems and 2 persons are in charge of applications. (One of them is in charge of overall management.)
Existing projects are mainly in PHP, but the most recent project is Rails development.
For Android development, Kotlin is being used to replace Java, and Swift is being used for iOS development. They are encouraged to introduce and develop trendy technologies on their own. Also, they are very close to other departments, so they try to work closely with them, talking to them over the desk or directly with the person in charge.

One of the company's unique features is its close physical proximity to other departments, which encourages interaction and close collaboration with those in charge both across the desk and in person. In addition, the company makes active use of communication tools such as Slack to ensure smooth communication. Developers proactively adopt new technologies on their own and work on projects in a constantly evolving environment.

【Required】
・Certain design, development, and operational skills required for web application development
・Knowledge and experience in software testing and development, including unit testing, functional testing, and E2E testing
・Experience developing in the cloud (especially GCP or AWS)
・Experience developing in a team environment using Git, GitHub, bitbucket version control systems
・3+ years of work experience
・Communication in Japanese and Vietnamese

【Preferred】
・General user interface design and improvement
・Experience in project management or team leadership
・Experience in on-call support for services
・Ability to design and develop for performance and scalability
・Experience developing in Scrum
