【 Job Description 】

【Overview】
The company provides development services and cloud services that deal with mathematical optimization.
For solution development services, the company provides consulting and development services for issues dealing with mathematical optimization, such as speeding up existing software, developing new algorithms, and proposing optimal hardware accelerators.
For cloud services, the company develops and operates Fixstars Amplify, a development platform that allows users to solve combinatorial optimization problems using various quantum annealing Ising machines. In addition, they are developing software for next-generation accelerators using Gurobi, CPLEX, GPUs, etc.

【Responsibilities】
・Hearing of customer issues, consideration of problem approaches, speeding up of existing software, and algorithm development
・Development of practical applications and support for integration into products
・Research and development of annealing machines (quantum and classical), gated quantum computers (NISQ, error tolerance), and libraries for accelerators

・Experience in C/C++ programming
・Knowledge of information science
・Ability to gather information

　- Experience in competitive programming
　- Experience in heuristic optimization development
　- Experience in leading development projects

・Experience in Python programming

・English language skills (reading papers, communicating with engineers/researchers at other companies)
