QA is responsible for quality assurance of the services for which each commerce department is responsible. You will be involved in one of the largest commerce services in Japan, and you will also develop your skills as a QA in a global environment.

Therefore, the company is looking for a highly qualified and enthusiastic Test Engineer Leader who is interested in building and strengthening a testing team that will simultaneously meet the reliability and scalability of the service.

■Working Environment
Each QA team consists of 5 to 10 members, and they work in a global environment where English and Japanese are used interchangeably, while actively exchanging opinions. In addition, in order to deepen the knowledge of QA, the team participates in and speaks at overseas conferences and holds weekly study sessions for qualifications such as ISTQB. The average overtime hours in the team is 20 to 30 hours, and the company places importance on work balance so that employees can fulfill their private and professional lives. ■Required
・8+ years of experience in application test design/execution
・5+ years experience managing multiple projects concurrently
・5+ years of experience in line (hiring/evaluation/team building, etc.) and budgeting
・Knowledge of ISTQB Foundation Level
・English : TOEIC 600+
・Japanese - Business Level (able to manage projects in Japanese)

■Preferred
・Experience in API/UI test automation development and non-functional testing
・Knowledge and experience in the Internet services industry
