Currently, the site supports 1,000 categories of business, including system development, marketing, general affairs, and human resources, and the total number of users has exceeded 250,000.
In addition to allowing users to make inquiries and estimates to multiple businesses at once, the site also allows users to hold competitions in the form of reverse auctions.

【People x Technology】
Platform services that create encounters between companies and businesses have existed for some time, but what makes this service unique among them is the additional human-powered research of the listed vendors. 100,000+ company database is manually compared and researched.
In order to eliminate information asymmetry, the service conducts thorough information gathering and reputation research on industries and companies.

In addition, the company has a concierge who is a professional in the industry and introduces businesses from a third-party perspective after conducting interviews by phone for all cases.

If you have never been exposed to such operations on a daily basis, it may not ring a bell when you hear about improving the experience of receiving and placing orders.
It is said that one of the most inefficient and information-disparate operations, especially in small and medium-sized companies, is the ordering and receiving process.
One of the company's engineers is a member who in the past developed services for local companies. That member has experienced the negatives of "many companies being disadvantaged simply because they do not have information," "adverse experiences taking place because information also depends on how people use and perceive it," and "it is done inefficiently and is very time-consuming.
The company aims to promote the DX of inefficient and insincere order and supply operations in the world.

＜Specifically＞
Back-end development
-API design for front-end, back-end development, post-release operations, and all other processes related to the server side
-Integration with CI tools for more efficient development
-Continuous system reliability improvement, including performance improvement

・Front-end development
-Design appropriate APIs / components for UX delivery, all processes involved in front-end development
-Design optimal UI/UX design in collaboration with designers and product owners.

■Organizational Structure
Assigned department: Product Development Department (Number of members: less than 15)
There are engineers with diverse backgrounds, including those from major companies such as Bizreach, Istyle, and Guru Navi, as well as members with experience in product development at venture companies.

There are teams for each product, and our development system is agile. They have a system in place that allows them to make decisions in the fastest possible time.
As different products use different technologies, it is an environment where we can inspire each other through interactions among teams.

・3+ years of experience developing web applications using PHP, Java, C#, JavaScript, etc.
・6 months or more of experience in web application operations
・Experience in DevOps and SRE operations for optimization across products

・Experience in SPA development using Vue.js, React, etc.
・5+ years of experience in PHP (Laravel) development
・Experience in Agile/Scrum development
