【Recruitment Background】
With the vision of "creating the future through video," the company is developing solutions based on a cloud video platform.

Sales organizations specializing in each industry - Business Unit 1 (service and retail industry) and Business Unit 2 (construction, manufacturing, and facilities industry) - will dig deeper into on-site issues, while the Development Division and Planning Division will work together in a "creating" organization to provide high-quality, reasonably priced "video solutions" with a sense of speed. We will realize DX onsite in all industries.

The company is looking for a person to lead product development as a product manager in its "creating" organization, the Planning Division!

【Responsibilities】
Due to business expansion, the company is looking for someone who can plan and design efficient and quality internal business operation tools and software to improve the agency UX to accommodate a rapid increase in the number of clients.

Communicate with the business group in charge of system development and sales (mainly partner sales) to deepen understanding of each group and promote workflow design/system requirements definition, etc.
Define necessary business requirements and determine priorities

【Required】
Experience in planning and development by understanding internal workflow or outsourced workflow and organizing service/technical requirements
Experience in planning, PM, or product management in the web services, SaaS, or PaaS domain
Experience in business system implementation projects/requirement definition

Former/current engineers with development PM or project lead experience
Experience in service design/operation construction in a business company.
Able to organize complex issues and reduce them to simple system requirements.
Able to manage projects involving various stakeholders.
Able to think from the user's perspective

Experience in SaaS/PaaS business
