【Required】
・3+ years of professional work experience as a software engineer
・Sympathy for the Agile Software Development Manifesto and willingness to put it into practice
・Empathy and willingness to practice the three pillars (transparency, inspection, and adaptation) that make Scrum theory possible
・Experience in development with Unity, C#, WebGL, WebXR, JavaScript, etc.
・English Business Level, Japanese N1
