System development, operation and maintenance of data analysis infrastructure (contact center)

◆Overview
System development/operation and maintenance work for a company-wide data analysis infrastructure centered on contact centers with 64 domestic locations and more than 25,000 seats, utilizing the latest cloud technologies including AWS and GCP.
By combining a large volume and variety of data, not only from calls, but also from chat, VOC, web access history, SNS, etc., the company solves problems faced by customers and client companies and, at the same time, creates new emotional experiences for customers together with client companies.
As professionals who not only create systems but also transform data into business value, you will be required to consider things from the standpoint of customers and client companies, compile requests and ideas from client companies, and materialize them by using your knowledge and skills in data analysis.

◆Responsibilities
・Data analysis infrastructure design/development (data-driven design/processing program development)
　-Data analysis purpose hearing, design of extracted data
　-Data extraction, processing, and tabulation
　-Data analysis and dashboard production using BI tools
・Operation and maintenance of data analysis infrastructure (monitoring/investigation of operation status)
・Verification of the latest technology for cloud services

・Experience in system development using programming languages
　(ex. ShellScript, Python, SQL, Node.js, Java)

・Experience in data processing, analysis and utilization
・Experience in database and table design and construction
・Knowledge of servers/networks, work experience
