【Recruitment Background】
In June 2023, the company has newly released a new product in the marketing automation domain, Mazrica Marketing.
The company is looking for a full-stack engineer to drive the market launch of this product and accelerate the growth of the business.

【Your Role】
You will participate in the development of a new product in the marketing automation domain, "Mazrica Marketing", as a full stack engineer and lead the operation of the service.
You will be involved from the planning of the product vision of the company's SaaS product to its implementation, and will be involved in the operation of the company's product from a position close to the users. This is an important position that will be responsible for the foundation of the product as it will be released at a speed that can only be achieved by a startup with an agile development process that incorporates lean startup.

*Mazrica Marketing is a marketing platform (MA tool) that seamlessly connects marketing and sales and supports marketing activities utilizing sales data.

【Responsibilities】
- Development of existing and new features for Mazrica Marketing
- Front-end development of SaaS applications in TypeScript and React Hooks
- Back-end development of applications in Ruby on Rails

【Development Environment】
- Container: Docker
- Front-end: TypeScript, React+Redux, React Hooks, JavaScript, AngularJS

【Required】
- Basic skills of a certain level or above (thinking skills/communication skills/PC skills, etc.)
- Experience in web application development using ES6 or later JS, or equivalent
- Experience in backend development using Ruby on Rails or other languages (- JavaScript, Python, GO, C#, Java, PHP are OK) and experience in front-end development using React
- Experience in RDB performance tuning and database design
　- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
