【 Job Description 】

■About the Division
You will be assigned to the Global Business Division, which leads the company's global projects.
In addition to network projects / cloud projects / product deployment, they continue to take on the challenge of new technology areas such as AI and data lake houses, etc., and are solving customer issues while utilizing their English skills for major telecommunications carriers and other companies with overseas branches.
The mission of this team is to handle domestic and international projects with high technical skills. The technical areas handled in the projects are diverse, including networking and cloud servers, so you can expand your technical range.

■Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the design/construction and operation of global networks for our clients, which are mainly telecommunications carriers, major SIers, and major manufacturers.
This is mainly remote work, but there are some tasks that require coming to the office, such as verification work.


Global network operations deployed by a major telecommunications client
Project Summary: Operating a global network deployed all over the world. You will be responsible for controlling overseas vendors, changing NW equipment settings, and other operational tasks while leveraging your English language skills and technical skills.

Examples of technologies used:
・Cisco routers, switches, SD-WAN
・Automation tools (Ansible)


・You can develop your global communication skills as you will be working with local vendors in various countries.
・Automation skills can be learned since automation with Ansible is also being promoted.
・Short-term overseas business trips (usually 1-2 weeks) may be required, so you can experience the local culture and environment firsthand.
・The support system within the team is well organized, so this is an environment where you can take on challenges even if your English and technical skills are not sufficient at this stage.

【 Welfare 】


This is a period of time before the first paid leave is granted, and can be taken in the event that the employee becomes ill due to unfamiliar surroundings after joining the company, or in the event that official procedures need to be carried out.

・Family allowance (spouse): 15,000 yen/month

スキル・資格

■Required
・2+ years of experience in either network design, construction, or operation
・Able to write documents, emails, and hold conference calls in English (English working experience is not required)
 *TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent
 *The company provides English conversation training for employees who want to take on overseas projects. If you are not comfortable with your English skills at this point, you can improve your English skills by taking the training.
【For foreign nationals】
・N2 or above in Japanese language skills (or possess Japanese language skills equivalent to N2 or above)

■Preferred
・Experience as a leader
・Experience working overseas
・Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 approx.)

■Working Environment
・This is a team where communication is active remotely through ovice and slack.
・The ratio of foreign employees in this division is 30%, and intra-team mtg is conducted in English. (English conversation training is provided to improve business English skills.)
