Tokyo American Club is the most well-known and highly reputed private club in Japan.
Pool Manger is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Pool facilities.

Responsibility

• プール施設の効率的かつ効果的な運営に責任を持つ
• ライフガード、プールアドミンスタッフ、スイムサービス契約業者（ライフガード、スイムインストラクターを含む）の採用、監督、トレーニングを行い、スタッフの満足度を維持する。
• 水泳プログラムやイベントを企画、運営し会員の満足度を維持する。
• プールの衛生、安全性を維持し、すべてのプール設備と施設を維持管理する。
• プールの年間予算を策定、把握、管理する。
   
• Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Pool facilities.
• Recruit, supervise and train lifeguards, pool office staff, swim service contractors (including lifeguards and swim instructors), and maintain staff satisfaction.
• Create, develop, coach and oversee swim programs and events, and maintain member satisfaction.
• Maintain pool cleanliness, safety, and upkeep all pool equipment and facilities.
• Develop, monitor and control annual budget for the pool.

申請時に日本での就労資格を有していること。
Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging the applications.

Key Qualifications

• プールマネージャーまたは関連分野で3年以上の経験があること。
• 公認ライフガード協会でライフガード、応急手当、救命講習の資格を取得していること。
• 運営予算の管理、実績のある方。
• ライティング、スピーキングともに上級レベル以上の英語力。基本的な日本語ができれば尚可。
• PCスキル：ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント
   
• Minimum of three years of experience in pool management or related field.
• Must be certified lifeguard and first aid and lifesaving courses in a recognized Life Guard Association.
• Proven track records and experience in managing and the budget for operation.
• Advanced level or above English on both writing and speaking. Basic Japanese is a plus.
• PC Skill Word, Excel, Power Point

Working Hours

週5日（土日祝日を含む）5：30～22：15のうち実働7.5時間

5days / week Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 5:30am-22:15pm(Including weekends/ National holidays)
