We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join a highly profitable international automotive company with operations in Japan. 

The company manages multimillion-yen programs with major automotive manufacturers and has secured long-term project pipelines with excellent growth prospects.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience in ONE or MORE of the following:

◆ Multiple years of program management experience (automotive preferred)

◆ Engineering degree and program management methodology skills

◆ Strong understanding of development and manufacturing processes

◆ Fluent Japanese and business-level English (minimum TOEIC 700)

◆ Willingness to relocate to Kansai

Experience in ONE or MORE of the following areas is desirable:

◆ Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, PPAP, FMEA, APQP quality systems

◆ Understanding of component development and manufacturing processes

◆ ERP system user knowledge and advanced presentation skills
