Skills, Knowledge, and Experience in ONE or MORE of the following:

◆ Multiple years of program management experience in automotive parts/car manufacturing

◆ Engineering degree and profound program management methodology skills

◆ Strong understanding of automotive development and manufacturing processes

◆ Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, PPAP, FMEA, APQP quality systems

◆ Fluent Japanese and business-level English (minimum TOEIC 700)

Experience in ONE or MORE of the following areas is desirable:

◆ Understanding of manufacturing processes

◆ Knowledge of patents and regulations related to automotive components

◆ ERP system user knowledge and advanced presentation skills
