- Background of Recruitment
With numerous offices around the world, including Hong Kong and Shanghai, the Group is one of the world's leading foreign AI companies, comprised of world-class researchers and engineers. Among them, the Group's Japan office, which has bases in Kyoto, Tokyo, and other locations in Japan, is focusing on the development and expansion of new businesses that utilize the AI technology it has cultivated over the years. Currently, we are aiming to further accelerate product development in line with the rapid expansion of our business domain. Therefore, there is an urgent need to secure a "Senior Machine Learning Engineer" who will develop new technologies and products in collaboration with in-house PMs and engineers, while holding daily discussions with researchers in the group.

- Job Summary
Lead each phase of planning, proposal, design, development, and testing of products utilizing AI technology.
Understand customer requirements, formulate and execute plans for proposals and improvements.

必須スキル    
・顧客の要件や要望を理解し、社内営業・SE・PMと効果的にコミュニケーションを取る能力
・複数のチームやメンバーを結集し、プロジェクトを主導した経験
・機械学習やDeep Learningのアルゴリズムとフレームワークに関する知識と３年以上の経験
・PythonやC++などのプログラミング言語を使用した３年以上の開発経験

・英語または中国語でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル
・画像処理の知識と経験
・デジタルカメラなど映像機器に関する知識と開発経験

Required Skills    
- Ability to understand customer requirements and requests and communicate effectively with internal sales, SE, and PM
- Experience in leading projects by bringing together multiple teams and members
- Knowledge and 3+ years of experience with machine learning and Deep Learning algorithms and frameworks
- 3+ years of development experience using programming languages such as Python and C++

Welcomed skills    
- Experience presenting academic papers and participating in conferences
- Business level communication skills in English or Chinese
- Knowledge and experience in image processing
- Knowledge and development experience with digital cameras and other imaging devices
