CNC Programmer with UG-NX / Hyper mill Software

1.    Generating multi axis CNC programs for NPI using UG-NX and Hyper mill software.
2.    Hands on experience in preparing Machining Cycle Time (MCT) for various components
3.    Excellent experience on tool path optimization of Multi-Axis CNC Programming and machining techniques.
4.    Experienced on Vericut machine simulation software and machine Configuration setting.
5.    Create manufacturing process 3D models using Siemens NX12 and above.
6.    Strong knowledge on designing a jigs and fixture for the optimized manufacturing process.
7.    Excellent knowledge on Cutting tools, CNC Machines and Advanced Holding Fixtures.
8.    Should be proficient enough to create manufacturing Process inspection sheets.
9.    Candidate should be agile and quickly adapt to other duties as required and requested by the
Manager, management and customer
10.    Co-ordinate with respective team and validate the CNC programs, manufacturing process and inspection sheets.
 

1.    Native Japanese speaker & prefer to have English language knowledge
2.    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering with 5- 6 years of CNC Programming experience
3.    Candidate should be proficient in generating CNC programs for Impeller and Blade profile like components using UG-NX or Hyper mill software 
4.    Read and understand the Aerospace components Engineering and Stage drawings. 
5.    Understand all GD&T symbols and should be able to apply for manufacturing process and their applications. 
6.    Work location: Teraoka-cho, Ashikaga, Tochigi. Japan
