■General Description:
Managing financial accounting payroll tax and audit across the business units for 4 legal entities. Be the focal point for accounting and tax matter aligning business activities with local statutory requirements.

■Main Tasks Responsibilities:
・ Lead all finance and accounting activities for the business including monthly quarterly and yearly closing reporting.
・ Responsible on any internal or external audit event Correspond with auditors / tax auditors / internal auditors for financial matters.
・ Communicate with external advisers and auditors
・ Budgeting and forecasting financial result
・ Lead process improvements and other internal projects
・ Plays the role of legal affairs regarding contracts agreements and terms and conditions with third parties
・ Supervise develop team analysing and improving team performance in term of quality and accuracy for finance process.
・ Work closely with the business and your different stakeholders
・ Manage payroll related matter
