＜職務内容＞
*CAD（コンピューター支援設計）およびPDM（製品データ管理）のR＆Dコアシステム、およびDMU（デジタルデータモックアップ）、サプライヤーデータ交換などの関連システムを管理および開発するチームの一員となること。
*CAD/PDMチームのビジネスアナリストとして、R＆Dビジネスユーザーと連携し、日産の車両とパワートレインの開発プロセス、車両と部品の3Dデジタル設計とデータ管理、車両と部品の3Dデジタルなどのビジネスプロセスを理解して最適化します。モックアップ（干渉チェックなど）、サプライヤおよびアライアンスパートナーとの設計データ交換。 ビジネスプロセスを文書化し、それらをシステム要件に変換します。
*日産IS/ITプロジェクト管理のベストプラクティスを使用して、CAD/PDMエリアのデジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトを推進します。 タスクには、プロジェクトの予算リソース管理、ステークホルダーとの連携、進捗状況/マイルストーン管理、および品質管理が含まれます。
*CAD/PDMシステム変換ロードマップを実現する上で重要な役割を果たすこと。 現在のCAD/PDMシステムは、アップグレードサイクルが長いオンプレミスシステムです。 将来は、迅速なアップグレードとビジネス価値の実現を可能にするクラウドベースのアジャイルシステムに変革することを目指しています。

＜Main Tasks＞
* To be a part of team that manages and develops R D core systems of CAD （Computer Aided Design） and PDM （Product Data Management） and the related systems such as DMU （Digital Data Mock Up） Supplier Data Exchange etc.
* To serve as a business analyst in the CAD/PDM team engages with R D business users to understand optimize the business processes such as Nissan vehicle powertrain development process Vehicle part 3D digital design data management Vehicle part 3D digital mock up （interference check etc.） design data exchange with suppliers and Alliance partners. To document the business processes and translate them into system requirements.
* To drive CAD/PDM area digital transformation projects with the best practices of Nissan IS/IT project management. The tasks include project budget resource stakeholder progress/milestone and quality management.
* To play a key role in realizing the CAD/PDM system transformation roadmap. The current CAD/PDM system is a heavy on prem system with long upgrade cycle. The future is to transform into cloud based agile system that enables fast upgrade and business value realization.

CAD （Computer Aided Design） and PDM （Product Data Management） is one of the most fundmental core systems for vehicle and power train design and engineering. It enables Nissan's global R D centers in Japan US Europe China and Alliance partners Renault/Mitsubishi to colloboratively create next generation vehicles digitally. As the auto industry is undergoing a rapid transformation in electrification connectivity and automonus driving CAD/PDM systems also need to transform to support these technological challenges. First it needs to become nimble and agile utilizing cloud and DevOps Second it needs to manage the life cycle of the product data and create a digital thread throughout not only the R D but also the downstream phases such as manufacturing sales after sales marketing. Finally it should connect the mechanical product data with vehicle embedded software data as future vehicles are increasingly defined and driven by software.
