REQUIREMENTS

• Sales Experience - special consideration to those having Advertising Sales Experience
• Customer Relationship Management experience
• Team Player - no lone wolves in this company
• Strategy Development and the ability to implement that strategy
• Bilingual. Minimum N2, prefer N1 or Native Level Japanese and high-level Business or Native English
• Leadership - you'll be managing 3 teams and several people
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales' teams' performance and hit revenue targets
