General Summary：
コンセプトの作成からプロダクト完成までの全工程をプロデューサーとしてリードする。
シニアプロデューサーの監督の下、コンセプトの発案、予算の計上及び管理、プロダクションに関する全オペレーションを管理する責任を負う。
さらに、マーケティング戦略に基づき、予算、スケジュール、品質基準を満たしながらプロジェクトを推進・実行する。

Key Responsibilities:

• 企画、コンセプト、成果物の確認、改善、変更に関するディスカッションを推進する。
• 成果物の評価・分析を行い、契約書を始めとする各種ドキュメントの内容の確認及び必要な修正を行うことで、プロジェクトの目標を達成する。
• プロジェクトの範囲に基づく予算の見積を行い、プロジェクトプランを作成する。
• プロジェクトプランの全体像を把握し、コンセプトの構築、製作準備、製作、編集作業について社内のリソース及び協力会社のリソースを見極めながらプロジェクトを推進・管理する。
• マーケティング及びリリースを担当するチームにプロジェクトの計画と進捗状況を共有する。
• マネジメントチームと連携し、クロスファンクショナルチームによるプロジェクト会議を招集し、各チームへの期待値を共有する。
• 予算や進行スケジュールを評価、検討し、プロダクションプロセス及び品質の改善に努める
• マーケティングや配給チームと連携し、マーケティング戦略の完成に貢献する。
• アーティスト、ライター等、アニメーションプロジェクトに必要なリソースチームを管理する。

Job Purpose
Leads the end-to-end development lifecycle from the concept phase to the publishing of the product to reach the customer. Responsible for managing the entire project including concept development, budget development,managing the production operations under the supervision of Senior Producer as well as working within the marketing strategy for the product, drives thedevelopment and execution of the project plan and manages production progress to ensure delivery within budget, deadline, and quality goals. Also drives operational excellence by reviewing and improving production processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilityes

1. Driving discussions to review and refine ideas, concepts, and deliverables.
2. Review and analyze contracts and other documentation provided by other teams, before and during the development and evaluate the deliverables to ensure compliance with the project objectives.
3. Estimating budget and scope for developing a project plan.
4. Oversee the conceptualization, pre-production, production, and post-production pipelines as well as oversee internal and outsourced pipelines in alignment with the overall project plan.
5. Communicate the project statuses to the marketing and release team, provide them with data and help with workflows.
6. Drive cross-functional project kick-off discussionsto communicate expectationsfor each team incoordination with the Director.
7. Improving production processes and/or quality after reviewing for budgetary and schedule considerations.
8. Integrate marketing strategiesin collaboration with the marketing and distribution teams.
9. Ability to build a team of artists, writers and other resources for animation projects.
10. Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語（読み・書き・会話）
• 日本語 ネイティブ

職務経験：

• ３年以上のアニメーション製作の経験

アニメーション製作委員会にメンバーとして携わった経験や著作権、二次利用などの業務経験があれば尚可。
また、アニメスタジオ、サウンドプロダクション、声優エージェント、脚本家協会、編集スタジオに関する知 識、出版社、放送局、レコード会社、宣伝広告関連企業、アニメプロダクション、ビジュアル製品の配給・ 配信関連企業の関する知識があれば尚可。

雇用形態：契約社員　※5年後に無期転換社員となります。

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the related fields is preferrable.

Work Experience

• +3 years of work experience in producing animations and/or similar role

Skills & Knowledge

1. English proficiency: Business level or above
2. Good knowledge of animation business
3. Good knowledge of Copyright Law and secondary use is preferrable.
4. Good knowledge of business and operations of animation studio, sound productions, voice actor agencies, writers’ guilds, editing studio is preferrable.
5. Own network of major publishing companies, broadcast network, music labels, advertisement agencies, animation productions, distributors of visual products, etc.
