About this Role:
As the International Stock Loan and Lending Manager at Scandinavian Savings & Loans Trust, your primary role will be to liaise with current and potential clients. You will leverage both new and established relationships to introduce our stock loan liquidity solutions. This position demands an individual skilled in effectively engaging with high-net-worth individuals, post-IPO entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and key figures in the Japanese finance sectors. In addition to interacting with clients, your role will involve assisting in hiring additional non-salaried commission-based brokers in Tokyo, utilising our generous compensation structure to grow our client base. Having recently established an office in Marunouchi, Tokyo, we are poised to extend our solutions, already proven in London, the USA and Singapore, into the Japanese financial services market.

Essential Duties:

• Engage with potential borrowers, gathering financial details, and assessing loan viability
• Guide clients through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, ensuring a smooth regulation compliant experience.
• Respond swiftly to client inquiries, maintaining SSLT's standard for exemplary customer service.
• Contribute to the development and execution of innovative sales strategies.
• Assist in hiring and maintaining connections with commissioned brokers

プロフィールと必要なスキル

• 融資経験者優遇。
• ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語。

Profile and Required Skills:

• Currently residing in Tokyo, Japan
• Previous lending experience preferred however, a self-starting, astute, and articulate demeanour is vital.
• Native-level Japanese, Business-level English.
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a flexible and remote work setting.
