【Job Description】
The successful candidate will be in charge of development work related to rice crackers and snacks.

１．Product development

• Development work related to rice crackers and snacks (dough development, seasoning, product packaging)
• Trial production at factory

２．Product standards preparation work

• Compilation of product standards
• Compilation of materials for factory introduction

３．Product improvement work

• Quality improvement of existing products in Japan
• Quality improvement of existing overseas products

【Conditions of employment】

Employment status: Fixed-term employment (to be promoted to full-time employee after 12 months)

Trial period: No

Estimated annual income: 4 million yen - 6.5 million yen

Monthly salary

Bonus: Twice a year, paid in July and December

Salary increase: Once a year (April)

Location: 3-1-1 Kameda Kogyo Danchi, Konan-ku, Niigata-shi, Niigata 950-0198, Global Rice Innovation Center (GRIC)

Transfer: None for the time being

Temporary transfer: None for the time being

Smoking: No smoking in the work area

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (60-minute break, flexible)

Overtime: 5 to 30 hours per month

Telecommuting system available (maximum of 5 times per month)

Vacations: 2 days off per week

Sundays, national holidays, Bon holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, G.W. holidays, and other company-designated holidays

Special leave (congratulation or condolence, marriage, childbirth, sick leave, refreshment leave, etc.)
