医療機器の製造及び市販後品質の品質保証担当者。
（工程内/市場不適合対応、CAPA、RISK管理、苦情プロセス対応）
製造時、及び出荷以降の製品における不適合について、関連部署と連携し、原因の究明・対策立案・対策有効性確認を行う。

• 苦情プロセス処理（例：受け付けた苦情内容から装置故障モード特定等を行う（必要に応じて技術/開発担当と協力した解析実施）、苦情ハンドリング部門（海外）との傾向分析等の協力実施等）
• 出荷以降の製品品質管理
• リスク管理、市場不具合調査
• 不適合品流出時のリスクアセスメント及びCAPA。（必要時は本社とのやり取り）

※今回の募集は、特に上記の「苦情プロセス処理」担当者であるが、今後の業務拡大可能性も考慮し、「苦情プロセス処理」以外の関係業務を記載しています。

The Complaint handling Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for investigation, analysis, and resolution of complaints in our products “CLINICAL CHEMISTRY ANALYZERS” operating around the world and contributes our stable quality.
This position is part of the Quality Assurance department located in Mishima facility, Shizuoka Pref.  and will be hybrid work style. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
•    Complaint handling
•    Complaint handling for products used in the world market.
•    Quality improvement activities
•    Collaboration with quality engineers in overseas offices (United States, China and other countries)
•    Manufacturing and development are conducted in the same building, allowing the company to be involved in improving the actual manufacturing/development process.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead problem resolution.

REQUIREMENTS(応募要件):
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE (必須の知識と経験):
・３年以上の品質管理、品質保証に関係する業務経験のある方
・英語での海外部門とコミュニケーションができる方(メールや会議等)
・通勤できる方（在宅勤務相談可　少なくとも週1,2回程度は出勤）

EDUCATION（学歴）:
・大卒以上（工学、電気、機械、薬学、医学の専門課程修了した方）

PERSONALITY（人物）:
・ロジカルシンキング、部門内/関係部門とのコミュニケーションが円滑に行える

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE（望ましい知識と経験）:
・医療機器関連の苦情処理経験者。
・医療機器関連の職務経験（設計/製造/品質/他）、知識を有している方
（尚、人材のポテンシャルによっては、医療機器関係の経験の縛りは無し。単純な部品では無い自動車や装置系の技術/品質分野）

想定年収 (Annual Salary) : 5,040,000円～7,840,000円（インセンティブボーナス含む理論年収）

想定月給：375,000円～583,334円（みなし30時間の固定残業代含む）
想定月給375,000円のうち、固定残業代70,946円
想定月給583,334円のうち、固定残業代110,360円
みなし30 時間超過分の残業代は別途支給。

賞与：年1回インセンティブ賞与（3月）会社業績、個人業績により決定
賃金形態：年俸制
通勤手当：全額支給（上限月10万円、新幹線通勤応相談）
手当：残業手当

The essential requirements of the job include: 
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    3+ years exp.
•    Resolve and analyze complaints using standard procedures.
•    Extensive conceptual knowledge and extensive competence in product quality and technical elements
•    Extensive conceptual knowledge and extensive competence in quality assurance, equipment, mechanical, electrical, and other technical elements
•    Acquire more advanced knowledge and skills about products and quality assurance.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
•    Experience in quality assurance of medical devices
•    Equipment, machinery, electrical manufacturers, design knowledge and experience in the industry
