募集要項

Reporting to: BCJP Technical Support Team Lead

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  •  Capturing and analyzing compressor and compressor system issues
    ・ Analyze information from customer.
    ・Sometimes at site
  •  Capturing of findings and corrective measures in a work report and other job related
    documents
  •  Providing customer advice for resolving technical issues
  •  Implementing corrective measures and putting the compressor back into operation
  •  Leading of RCA (Root cause analysis) activities for damaged compressor components
  •  Proposing and supporting preventive compressor maintenance activities
  •  Supporting of on-site compressor system installation activities
  •  Giving operation and maintenance related compressor training
    ・ Training to FSR, Contractor, Repair partner company
  •  Supporting sales activities includes
    ・Visiting to customer for meeting
    ・ On-site survey, analysis of the survey, preparing report.
    ・ Drawing checks
  •  Supporting customer support team
    ・ Identify spare parts for preparing quotation.
  •  Service center coordination
    ・ Managing progress of repairs from receipt to shipment repaired.
    ・ Ensuring that repairing work are carried out in accordance with BC regulation.
  •  Sales engineering
    ・ Creating proposal for upgrading and revamping
    ・ Requesting offer from headquarter according to customer requirement.
    ・ Managing progress and status of engineering case using CRM
  •  Supporting to procurement team
  •  Supporting KHK (High pressure safety institute of Japan) application
    ・Gathering required documentation
    ・Arranging and Attending testing
  •  Other support activity in case of required.

Key performance indicators (KPI’s):

  •  Management Tool : Open all cases on CRM Weekly base
  •  QEOHS : Zero accident
  •  Sales Opportunity from customer inquiries
  •  Fast troubleshooting
  •  Customer training
  •  Customer presentation
  •  Arrange customer site event (Laby and Hyper)

最終学歴 大学卒: 学士号

スキル・資格

Education/ experience / languages:

  •  We are looking for a Japanese citizen with a mechanical engineering degree from a
    recognized Japanese university.
  •  Non Japanese citizen may be welcomed if he/she have
    ・ Excellent communication skills in Japanese language
    ・Understanding of Japanese business business practice and also have common
    sense/value.
  •  We are looking for a Japanese citizen with a mechanical engineering degree from a
    recognized Japanese university
  •  You have five years of work experience as a field service / commissioning engineer in a
    related industry.
  •  Good oral and written English communication skills are required for this position in an
    international setting.
  • MS office skills and the willingness to travel are further requirements (domestic and overseas).
  • A reliable person with a strong service mentality, an analytical mind and thorough working
    methods is the ideal candidate for this position.
