【職務内容】
海外営業の即戦力としてご活躍いただける方を募集いたします。
複数名募集。

【業務詳細 Job Description】
・海外現地法人・代理店との契約・管理、販社への販売計画の作成等
　Managing contracts with subsidiaries and distributors, setting sales targets, etc.
・海外現地法人・代理店からの受注、輸出・仲介取引に係る交渉等
　Manage negotiations regarding international trading and product orders.
・市場動向調査、分析、マーケティング戦略立案、戦略の進捗・予実管理・海外選手サポート等
　Conduct market research and analysis, build marketing strategies, manage projects, and manage the daily necessities of international professional athletes.

ヨネックス株式会社　本社（東京都文京区湯島3丁目23番13号）
Tokyo Metro Chiyoda-line : Yushima st.

【待遇】

• 勤務時間： 9:00～17:30（休憩　60分）
• 休日： 週休2日（土日祝日休み） ※但し1年に数回の土曜営業日あり
  夏季休暇、年末年始休暇　当社カレンダーによる

• 昇給： 年1回（4月）
• 賞与： 年2回（7月、12月）

【応募に必要な経験・スキル】
・海外営業実務の経験（3年以上）
　3+　years experiences of international sales
・取引先との交渉力 Strong negotiation skills
・PCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）Basic PC skills
・英語（ビジネスレベル、TOEIC800点以上）English (TOEIC 800+)
・日本語（ビジネスレベル、JLPT　N2以上）Japanese (JLPT N2+)
・海外出張可能な方 Able to commit to frequent international business trips

【歓迎する経験・スキル】
・スポーツが好きな方（テニス、バドミントン経験者歓迎）
・Has a strong passion for sports (knowledge in tennis and/or badminton is favorable).
