A global Consulting Firm is looking to expand its operations within the Japanese Automotive market and this Business Development Manager role is critical. This person will work closely with the VP and the Automotive global units in order to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a business development manager
- Proven sales track record in the automotive industry
- Communication and negotiation skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Native Japanese and Business English level
