SaaS Software Developer｜Linux+Network skills required

Job Summary:
With the increased volume of business and partnerships at AINEO Networks, we are now looking for a bright driven individual to join the the team to directly work in expanding and managing our CIRCLE Cloud Communcations SaaS/UCaaS service. Given that AINEO is a growing venture company, this role will grow technically, professionally, and personally. As such, the future personal growth possibilities are wide open.

In short, AINEO is looking for a bright, quick, and flexible person with some technical acumen that to join our team in Tokyo that is open to develop their software know-how and acquire the latest in network, AI, cyber security, and the essential business communications of the global market.

Job Responsibilities:


• Develop back-end applications for high-performance system integrations
• Develop front-end visuals for specific system integrations
• Become a specialist in one or more products or in a particular technology domain, depending on your personal interests and capabilities
• Grow as a technological expert and share your knowledge by coaching, training and teaching
• Apply agile practices and benefit from its iterative approach competencies

Point of Collaborations:


• Work with the multiple software developers from Sweden, the United States, Germany, India, and other champions from around the world.
• Contribute to the Technical Service team that has the huge responsiblity of making sure CIRCLE partner clients are able to service and communicate with their customers around the globe.

Must Have Requirements:

• Basic linux knowledge and basic networking skill (TCP/IP, AD, LDAP)
• A creative, fast learner with a great passion for software product integration
• Enthusiastic and enjoy working collaboratively in an agile environment with a desire to learn and expand your knowledge and experience
• Eager to understand how complex devices and systems operate in telecom and broadcast industries, among other
• Detailed with the ability to capture all corner cases and to deliver high-quality results
• Adaptive and enjoy digging beneath the surface to understand how things work
• A hands-on person who takes initiative to move the team and projects forward
• Enjoy keeping abreast of the latest security vulnerabilities
• Genuinely willing and motivated to learn and undertake self-initiated training
• Understand the principles of secure development practice and have a solid understanding of source control systems
• A good verbal and written communicator in English

Good To Have Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of FreeSwitch or Asterisk, Broadsoft, 3CX, or Centile Platforms
• Translating requirements and designs into high-quality, secure code
• Debugging internally- and externally-reported issues, and taking both individual and collective responsibility to maintain optimal performance of applications at all times
• Participating in peer code reviews, both as reviewer and reviewee
• Destiny/Telepo experience will win you points!
• In-depth knowledge of key voice protocols including SIP, RTP
• Configuration and customization of open-source SIP Proxies such as OpenSIPS, OpenSER, or Kamailio
• Ability to extend server-based applications via third-party APIs
• Previously built applications on cloud infrastructure
