Accountant Mgr./アカウンティングマネージャー

Mission
As a member of Swatch Group Japan, accounting team, to implement appropriate accounting transactions, monthly & annual closing, and financial management of company (starting with AR, Customer Credit, Insurance, Cash Flow management).
Also to continuously improve the operation.

Tasks

• Implementation of monthly & annual closing & financial management of the company, collaborating with Accounting Team.
• Account Receivable & Credit Management.
• Cash Flow management
  (planning, variance analysis, & improvement of CF positions of the company)
• Corporate Insurance Management
• Transfer Pricing Management
• Audit Management (incl. external audit)
• (In future, expanding to PL, BS, Tax management as rotation.)

職務のミッション
スウォッチ グループ ジャパンのアカウンティングチームの一員として、会計業務、月次・年次決算業務、財務管理（売上管理、与信管理、保険管理、キャッシュフロー管理を業務の中心とする）を遂行し、また、業務効率化を実現する。

業務内容

• 月次・年次決算業務において会計処理、財務管理の実施
• 売掛金・与信管理
• キャッシュフロー管理（予測、実績差異分析、必要な改善策の策定・提案、実施）
• 保険管理
• 移転価格の管理
• 監査法人による外部監査対応
• （将来的には、PL, BS, 税務管理へと業務を拡大・ローテーションしていくことを想定する）

処遇条件/Work Condition
【雇用形態】
正社員 ＊試用期間３ヶ月 *その間の給与・待遇に変わりありません。

【年 収】
ベースサラリー ～1,100 万円（12 分割）
*上記を目安とし、前職の年俸をもとに経験・能力により決定
パフォーマンスボーナス:～100 万円
*ベースサラリーとは別に会社及び個人業績に基づき支給
【通勤費】
会社が認める合理的・経済的な経路に基づく6 ケ月通勤定期代(年２回支給)
【勤務時間】
7 時間30 分（9:30-18:00）※フレックスタイム制。（コアタイム11:00 - 15:00）
【休憩時間】
60 分（12:30 - 13:30)
【休日/休暇】
完全週休2 日制（土・日・祝日）
・有休休暇*入社日に最大15 日、慶弔休暇、療養休暇（最大20 日）、
・夏季休暇3 日（6～9 月の間に連続して取得）、年末年始休暇（12 月30 日～1 月3 日）

9:30～18:00 (実働7.5 時間、休憩60 分（12:30～13:30 ）

Required Skills / Experiences

• More than 5year service experiences in either accounting / FP&A team in commercial company or advisory / auditing in accounting Firms.
• Experience of using ERP system (ideally experience of using “SAP”)
• (Ideally) certified accountant of JP / CPA
• (Ideally) experiences serving in foreign companies

Communication

• Japanese:Native
• English:Business
  (Required to communicate with HQ in Switzerland in English)
  *Please articulate TOEIC score, or/and experience of business communication in English. (or any record in education)

Expected Profile

• Next Leader in accounting team to own financial operation of Swatch Group Japan
• To lead a change & transformation, not being satisfied with “Status Quo”.
• Strong Ethics to sustain sound accounting transactions & operations.
• Strong Communication Skill to explain essence of accounting related topics to management & team who don’t have an accounting background / expertise.
• Also strong communication skill & accounting expertise for an appropriate external communication related to financial operation incl. external audit.

スキル・経験

• 経理部・ファイナンス部門等での会計業務経験、または監査法人等での監査・アドバイザリー業務5 年以上
• ERP 使用経験(特にSAP の使用経験があれば望ましい)
• 必須ではないが、公認会計士・CPA が望ましい
• 必須ではないが、外資系企業での勤務経験があれば望ましい

必要言語

• 日本語:ネイティブ
• 英語:ビジネスレベル (スイスHQ と会話、メールでのコミュニケーションが必須)
  *TOEIC スコア、ビジネスでの利用経験、留学経験などを推薦時にご記載下さい
