Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for cross-functional communication within the company, conducting ideation, prototyping, requirement definition, UI design, and overall product design. You will be involved in various projects, including not only existing product and feature releases but also the launch of new products.

Main Responsibilities:

・Product requirements definition
・Product UI design
・Analysis of outputs
・Construction and operation of design systems
・Development and management of various design-related guidelines
・Collaboration and involvement in decision-making with product managers and engineers
・Front-end implementation (if possible)
・Creative production
＊Tools/Languages: You can use familiar and preferred tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

Required Skills/Requirements:

・Experience in UI design for web and mobile applications
・A design portfolio (intermediate deliverables acceptable)
・Understanding and interest in the workings of of applications and software

Welcome Skills:

・Basic knowledge and practical experience in web front-end development, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.
・Experience in discovering and analyzing customer issues through design research
・Experience in defining customer journeys, product values, and conducting UX design
・Business-level English proficiency
