【案件概要】
風力発電事業について、案件創出から工事開始までの土地・風況・系統連系可能なサイトを見つけて精査しFIP やCorporate PPA スキームで事業検討を行い、Aggregator やOff taker と交渉して事業を取りまとめる業務全般

【業務内容】
・風力発電事業に適したエリアの選定
・風力発電事業および関連施設（連系線、変電所等）建設のために必要な土地の選定
・プロジェクトの経済性評価の実施および予算・スケジュールの設定
・リスク評価（問題点の抽出等）
・BOP 契約/Turbine Supply Agreement/O M 契約の支援
・自治体（県や市町村）との良好な関係性の構築
・地権者および地域住民の方への事業説明・対話
・予算管理、進捗管理、レポーティング Cash Flow 精査
・FIP やCorporate PPA で事業を成就させるためにAggregator、Off taker との交渉
・開発チームのリーダーとしてチームを管理し、目標設定及び評価を行う


As a Senior Manager for wind farm development you will manage the development of utilityscale
projects throughout Japan. You will find and scrutinize potential sites considering wind
condition terrain condition grid availability and permit restriction making feasibility study
under the FIP scheme and/or Corporate PPA schemes to negotiate with Aggregators and Offtakers.
Responsibility
・To find potential sites for wind power generation projects including wind condition and
grid availability for utility scale.
・To conduct feasibility study using cash flow model and allocate budget and schedule upto
COD.
・To do risk evaluation （identification of issues etc.）
・To build good relationships with prefectures and municipalities in wind power project areas
・To do business briefings and dialogues with landowners and other stake holders.
・To do budget management progress management reporting and close examination of
Cash Flow for wind power projects
・To prepare and manage necessary documents etc.
・To Negotiate with Aggregators and Off takers to achieve wind power projects through FIP
scheme and/or Corporate PPA scheme.
・To control and manage 2 to 4 development persons to set goals and evaluate.
