Electrical Engineer/電気技師

Purpose: (Summary)
Electrical Engineer is mainly responsible for electrical system design and equipment design to suit the project requirement.

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  - Ensure the functionality and quality of electrical equipment meet project requirements.
  - Work in close cooperation with electrical engineers, and other relevant disciplines.
  - Attend meetings with client or other relevant disciplines.
  - Technical / Cost Proposal works;

• Preparation of technical query to client, BOQ and cost estimation, clarification with vendors.

  - Detail engineering;

• Preparation of single line diagram, electrical load summary, equipment sizing, etc.
• Various calculation like transformer sizing, generator sizing, UPS and battery sizing, etc.
• Electrical System Study (Short circuit, Load flow, Dynamic Study, Relay setting calculation etc.) and report through ETAP software.

  - Procurement related works;

• Preparation of material requisition and data sheet for electrical equipment’s, e.g. MV/LV switchgear, transformer, UPS, ELICS etc.
• Vendor document review, Inspection of procured electrical equipment's

- 電気技術者および関係者と密に協力して作業を遂行する

- クライアントおよび関連するミーティングへの出席

- 技術・見積提案業務（クライアントへの技術的な質問対応および準備、BOQ とコスト見積、ベンダー協議等）

- 詳細エンジニアリング業務（単線結線図の作成、電気負荷の概要、機器のサイジング。 変圧器のサイジング、発電機のサイジング、UPS とバッテリーのサイジングなどの計算 。 電気システムの調査 (短絡、潮流、動的調査、リレー設定の計算。  ETAP ソフトウェアを介した報告）

- 調達関連業務（ 電気機器の材料要求書とデータシートの作成。 MV/LV スイッチギア、変圧器、UPS、ELICS など - ベンダーの書類審査、調達した電気機器の検査）

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies

  - Knowledge of electrical engineering principle
  - Knowledge of electrical equipment and materials including typical vendor products
  - Familiar with major international codes and standards (IEC, ANSI/NEMA, API, etc.)
  - Familiar with international specifications of electrical engineering and design (IOC, NOC)
  - Ability to understand and produce electrical engineering documents and drawings such as one line diagram, block diagram, sequence / schematic diagram, electrical installation drawings and so on.
  - Ability to control, lead, coordinate, negotiate, expedite vendor’s work execution
  - Ability to coordinate with team members and project stakeholders including vendors and subcontractors.
  - Knowledge of business application like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.
  - Fluent in English in speaking, reading and writing

Qualifications / Certifications Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:
  - Preferred 10+ years’ work experience of electrical engineering in oil, gas, petrochemical and power fields as main contractor.
  - Reasonable speaking and writing ability in English

• 単線図、ブロック図、シーケンス、回路図、電気設備図などの電気工学文書と図面理解し、作成する能力。
• チームメンバー、関連部署、ベンダーの作業遂行の管理・調整・交渉能力。
• MS Word、PowerPoint、Excel、Teams などのビジネス アプリケーションの使用経験。
