Required:

• Lead experience - either being a lead or leading a team in projects
• Performance testing and improvement experience
• Experience in web application development
• Database such as SQL, RDB, NoSQL, etc..
• Software Architecture Design
• Programming language: Java, Go, Javascript, etc... 
• Experience in using public cloud environments
• large-scale, high traffic system experience
