【業務内容】
地方発の事業を国内全体さらには海外に展開することで、地方に仕事を作り、人を集め、自立的・持続的に成長する地方経済づくりに貢献します。​

～地方創生を目的とした自社新規事業の立ち上げ～​
“地域のニーズ”と“企業のシーズ”のマッチングを促進するプロダクトやサービスの企画・開発を推進します。​プロダクトの第一弾として、政府・地方公共団体の計画・政策等の情報や統計データ等をまとめ、情報収集・分析を効率化する情報プラットフォームを企画・開発しています。​

【仕事内容】​
新会社設立と事業拡大のため、事業立ち上げメンバーとなり、政府・地方公共団体の情報プラットフォームのフロントエンド開発を担当いただきます。また、将来的にはチームビルディング、メンバー採用等の組織面や経営面にも携わっていただく予定です。​

We will promote the planning and development of products and services that promote the matching of “regional needs” and “corporate seeds”. As the first product, we are planning and developing an information platform that summarizes information such as plans and policies of government and local public bodies and statistical data, etc., and streamlines information collection and analysis.​

In order to establish a new company and expand the business, you will be a member of the business launch and will be in charge of front-end development of the information platform of the government and local public organizations. In the future, we plan to have them involved in organizational and management aspects such as team building and member recruitment.​

（新規事業は一見華やかそうに見えますが、事業立ち上げは不確定要素が多く、いくつもの困難に立ち向かうことになります。事業を成功させるため、一人一人が主体性を持ち、走りながら考え失敗から学び、成功するまでチャレンジし続ける粘り強さを持った方を歓迎します）
・“地方創生”に強い関心のある方　
・新サービスや新しい価値を作り出すことに強い意欲・動機のある方​
・フロントエンドエンジニアとしての開発経験 1年以上
・ReactやVueなどのフレームワークを利用した開発経験​
