OVERVIEW

Our client is looking for a Japanese bartender to join their team.

English and Japanese (Native or JLPT N1)

JOB DUTIES

• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours timely and correctly with a Japanese hospitality, "Omotenashi" and professional attitude
• Have a passion for cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and shochu, also ability to recommend, explain and advise guests for best one for the precious night
• Prepare for opening such as making snack, filling bottles and cleaning for bar area
• Build and maintain a good relationship with guests

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or above
• Good knowledge of making classic drinks and sprits (cocktail, whiskey, shochu, wine, beer etc.)
• Working at 3~5 stars hotel with excellent training in Japan is perfect
• Winner or participated cocktail championships would be preferable
• Passionate and love to have fun with globally energetic team
• Good command of English and Japanese (Native or JLPT N1)
• Good sense of "Omotenashi" hospitality, polite, teamwork and excellent customer service skills

PACKAGE

• Visa support (average 2-3 years working experience is required)
• Housing allowance (10,000 ~11,000 HKD per month)
• Annual leave (max 10 days)
• Meal allowance (30 HKD per day)
• Transporation allowance (15 HKD per day)
• Salary up to 28K depending on experience
• Medical and Dental insurance (will be considered near future)
• Interview will be taken: 1st by Teams/Zoom (online), final by face to face in Japan or Hong Kong *If Hong Kong, will be paid air ticket and hotel fee by company
