- Project management skills (incl. effort / cost estimation, project planning, monitoring, risk management)
- ADAS Product/Technology
- ADAS Algo development process
- Communication & Presentation Skill
- Conflict Management
- Requirements engineering skills (e.g. collection, verification, prioritization)
- more than 5 years of experience in embedded SW-development
- automotive experience preferred
- experience leading a team of min. 3 preferred
- min. 1 year experience of working in an international team
