仕事内容:

自動車業界に特化した求職者と企業をマッチングさせる人材紹介営業です。

個人・法人のお客様のキャリア形成や組織開発について、採用の観点からコンサルティング・サポートを行います。

Mission:

> Consult and support individual and corporate customers about their career and organization development from recruitment perspective.

〈この役割の責任〉

・特定の検索プラットフォームによる候補者の調達とスクリーニング。

・登録者との面談（経歴、キャリアの期待を確認）

・企業へのご紹介、面接案内の対応

・採用活動について既存または新規の企業顧客と連絡を取り、

労働問題の解決方法について相談する

・企業顧客に組織開発のためのコンサルタント営業

Responsibilities of this role

• Sales & Consulting activities
• Sourcing and screening Candidates through specific Search Platforms.
• Meet candidates, check their background, career expectations and introduce job opportunities
• Lead and consult candidates about career development, interview process and how to be successful at corporate and business life
• Communicate with existing or contact new corporate customers about their recruitment activities and consult them how they can solve their labor solutions
• Represent our company, recruitment services and advise our corporate customers what is the best way for their organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Higher Degree at University
• Sales, Service and Customer Interface experience
• Good listener, diligent, proactive and result-oriented person
• Open-minded, flexible and good team player
• Having Growth Mindset personality and Entrepreneurship skills
• Financial award driven person is the best
• Someone who has an experience of working with foreigners is plus
• Japanese Skills is plus
• Business English Skills
