Office Administrator
We are looking for a candidate who can provide a professional service as a general administration at this very well-respected international law firm in Tokyo. We offer a highly multicultural environment, and a friendly and supportive office culture.
・100% office work no remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer and transfer representative calls
• Keeping records and distributing postal mails
• Internal/External shipping (Sagawa, DHL, T-Serv)
• Scanning, Copying, Filling, Uploading documents,
• Processing invoices and purchases
• Maintaining communal areas
• Liaising with building management
• Supporting internal workshops and seminars
• Providing support for the Office Manager
• Supporting other department’s administrative work on ad-hoc basic
