グローバル人事 / Global HR Generalist

【業務内容】
主に国内外ｸﾞﾙｰﾌﾟの人材開発および各種支援を行う。特に、グループのグローバル化加速の為、下記１～３を実行する。
1.グローバルでの適所適材推進の為の仕組みづくりの構築と運営・推進
2.ビジネス変化に合わせた人財の確保（採用・育成・離職防止など）に向け各現地人事部門との連携
3.各現地の人事機能の強化・育成・支援

[Work content]
Mainly conducts human resource development and various support for domestic and overseas groups. In particular, in order to accelerate the globalization of the group, we will implement the following 1 to 3.
1. Build, operate and promote a system to promote the right person in the right place globally
2. Cooperation with local human resources departments to secure human resources (recruitment, training, prevention of turnover, etc.) in line with business changes
3.Strengthen, develop, and support local personnel functions

＜必須条件＞

・英語および日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（グローバル会議を円滑にファシリテートできるレベル）
・TOEIC　860点以上
・人事経験（報酬設計、タレントマネジメント、リーダーシップ、サクセッションプランニング）
・オンライングローバル会議への出席の為、早朝・深夜での業務が可能な事　（週1～2回程度、イベント時期による）
・1週間程度の海外出張が可能な事　（年数回程度）

＜歓迎/尚可＞

・海外駐在経験またはレポートライン（直接ではなくても良い）に外国籍がいた経験
・HRISの導入経験
・事業会社またはコンサルティングファームでのグローバル人事業務経験

・Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (level to facilitate global meetings smoothly)
・ TOEIC 860 points or more
・Personnel experience (compensation design, talent management, leadership, succession planning)
・Be able to work early in the morning and late at night in order to attend online global meetings (about once or twice a week, depending on the time of the event)
・ Ability to go on overseas business trips for about a week (about several times a year)

・Experience of working abroad or having a foreign national on the reporting line (not necessarily directly)
・HRIS introduction experience
・Experience in global HR operations at a business company or consulting firm
