The conventional approach to building and operating mobile networks no longer delivers in the context of the modern market, where speed and agility are critical. The gap between 5G’s promise and its reality demonstrates the need for a new option: consumer revenues won’t pay back the massive cost of 5G, and enterprises are starting to turn to hyper-scale companies to provide private networks. Conventional telecom needs a new option, a modern option - now.

Our client has reimagined telecom based on a modern approach to operations, and a revolutionary new platform.

We embraced the principles of disaggregated networks and open interfaces, to drive down costs and enable greater choice and flexibility. We developed a single, unified, data-driven, AI-enabled platform that provides zero-touch automation for our 100% cloud-native network.

 

Job Purpose

As Sales Operations Manager, you will enable sales account teams by efficiently managing deal processes and other sales activities. The scope of this role is varied, covering sales forecasting, deal processing, and contracting. An ideal candidate will excel in defining and running operational sales processes and will continuously seek improvements to the way we operate as a sales team.

Job Duties

・Enable sales account teams by efficiently managing deal processes and other sales activities

・Perform sales forecasting, deal processing, contracting

・Define and run operational sales processes and continuously seek improvements to the way we operate as a sales team

・Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for executive audiences and generate insights from sales reports

・Prepare annual sales forecasts to inform target setting activities

・Work with strategy and planning to assess the sales KPIs and targets and their industry alignment

・Define and manage sales processes to effectively execute sales plans

・Manage client contracts, act as the first point of contact in relation to all contractual issues

・Monitor the strategy execution and provide direction to key executives on the execution health, drive tactical implementations

Minimum Qualification

・3 - 5 years of experience in sales operations, project management, or consulting

・Experience in managing CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to get things done

・Organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

・Business acumen

・Proficient in PPT, word, and excel, dashboards, visualization

スキル・資格

Preferred Qualification

・Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree

・Strong communications skills, experience working on cross-functional projects

・Telecommunications background is a plus

・Fluency in English and Japanese language could be a plus

Others
・As a requirement for joining as a full-time employee, the candidate should obtain over TOEIC 800 score within two years of joining the company.
(Candidates can join the company without a TOEIC score at the time of joining the company).
・Those who do not have over TOEIC 800 score before joining the company, are required to take the TOEIC IP test after joining the company.
(Once a month, free for regular employees only)
